Information you give us
The inquiry form asks for your name, email, phone number, the property's state, what you are trying to do, how you will use the property, the building's issue if you know it, optionally the building's name, and how you found the site. That is everything the form collects.
Information collected automatically
Like most sites, this one uses analytics to count visits and see which pages are read and where visitors come from — pages viewed, general location, device type, referring site. It is used in aggregate to improve the site.
The checklist
The warrantability checklist on the home page works entirely inside your browser. The boxes you tick are not sent anywhere or saved, and nothing on this site pulls your credit.
How it is used
To answer your inquiry and to evaluate financing options for the property you describe. If you ask to be pre-qualified, a soft credit inquiry may be made with your permission; soft inquiries do not affect credit scores.
Who it is shared with
We do not sell personal information. It is shared with West Capital Lending, Inc.; with a lender you choose to apply with; and with the service providers that run this site's hosting, forms, email and follow-up tools, who may use it only to provide those services. Once you apply with a lender, that lender's privacy notice applies to what you give it.
Calls, texts and email
If you give a phone number or email, you may be contacted about your inquiry by call, text or email. Reply STOP to end texts, or ask on any call or email to be removed, and you will be.
Cookies
Analytics cookies help measure traffic. You can block or clear them in your browser and the site still works.
Your requests

Security and retention
Information is stored with established third-party providers using standard safeguards; no system is immune from breach. It is kept only as long as needed to respond to you and meet legal recordkeeping requirements.
